Managing Director + Head of Capital Markets
As managing director of Hillpointe, Jeff oversees the firm’s capital raising and investor relations initiatives. He brings over fourteen years of capital markets experience to his work at Hillpointe, including structuring and underwriting capital raises for public and private real estate companies, alternative investment funds, and traditional long-only equity strategies. Prior to joining Hillpointe, Jeff was in institutional marketing and client service for DePrince, Race & Zollo, Inc., a value equity investment manager. Jeff also served as vice president of institutional equity sales at FBR & Co. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and currently serves on the board of directors for the CFA Society Orlando. He received his bachelor of science degree in management from Tulane University.
