DECEMBER 27, 2023 – Winter Park, FL – Hillpointe, LLC a fully integrated real estate development company specializing in developing, constructing, and managing attainable multifamily housing throughout the Sun Belt recently announced the appointment of two senior-level Capital Markets and Property Management associates.
Rachelle Dow has been appointed Vice President of Property Management. Her primary role will be to help spearhead the strategic management of the firm’s property management operations, leadership development, and revenue optimization.
Steven Rogers, CFA has been appointed Vice President of Capital Markets and Investor Relations. His role will be to assist with the firm’s capital raising and investor relations endeavors.

Rachelle brings almost 15 years of operational experience centered on driving business performance and team development to the Hillpointe team. She has held onsite management and corporate leadership positions for several highly recognized multifamily developers such as Riverstone Residential, Passco Companies, and The Collier Companies, where she developed a knowledge of national markets. Rachelle’s expertise includes operational oversight, supervising in-house management, third-party management, asset management, and operations leadership. Additionally, she has significant experience in property acquisitions, dispositions, value-add projects, and lease-ups.

Rachelle earned her Bachelor’s in Business Management from Colorado State University. In addition, Rachelle has earned her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association (NAA). She also volunteers on the Legislative Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for the North Central Florida Apartment Association (NCFAA).
Steven brings over eight years of experience in capital markets and investments to Hillpointe, including direct experience in asset management, economic research, and portfolio management. Before joining Hillpointe, Steven served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Bank of America Private Bank where he oversaw investable assets for both institutional and private clients. Steven’s experience also includes his service as Investment Strategist with Merrill Lynch.
