Cost basis is the cornerstone of our underwriting. Hillpointe’s investment thesis is centered on the firm’s ability to execute at a significantly lower cost basis than our competitors. Our unique, hands-on approach to construction allows us to develop at a significant discount to other new construction and existing assets.
Our capital sits side by side with your capital.
Hillpointe’s principals make significant cash investments, pari-passu with investors, in all of the firm’s investment funds. We do not believe in the traditional front-end, fee-loaded real estate, private equity model wherein fund sponsors profit regardless of investor outcomes. We profit when investors profit.
