Kelly Mahoney is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Hillpointe, where he leads development and construction and plays a key role in project origination, underwriting, and asset management. With a career rooted in general construction and multifamily development, he brings deep expertise across the full development lifecycle and has led the development of over $3 billion in residential assets spanning approximately 15,000 units.

Steven Campisi is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Hillpointe, where he leads capital markets and investor relations and plays a key role in project origination, underwriting, and asset management. With experience spanning approximately $3 billion in institutional real estate, he previously co-founded Greenstalk Capital and held roles in equity research and investment management, and is a CFA charterholder with degrees from the University of Florida.
