February 8, 2024 – Winter Park, FL – Hillpointe, LLC one of the nation’s top-ranked fully integrated real estate development companies specializing in developing, constructing, and managing attainable multifamily housing throughout the Sun Belt recently announced the appointment of Seth Coleman as the company’s General Counsel to lead legal operations for the company.
Seth will serve as General Counsel for Hillpointe and is responsible for managing all legal aspects of the company, including, but not limited to, operations, transactions, corporate affairs, compliance, and fund management.

Most recently, Seth was a senior real estate attorney at Publix where he managed the company’s real estate transactions and collaborated with outside counsel. Seth’s experience also includes representing national and regional developers in real estate and financial transactions as an attorney at Shutts & Bowen LLP, a full-service business law firm.
Seth received a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and is licensed to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia. Seth also studied international law at the University of Oxford, St. Edmund Hall. In 2022, Tampa Bay Business Journal identified Seth as a Top Corporate Counsel Rising Star honoree, an award that recognizes in-house counsel across multiple industries and specialties.
