Hillpointe, one of the nation’s fastest-growing multifamily development and management firms, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Boone, CPM, as Managing Director, Multifamily Operations. In this role, Boone will lead the firm’s leasing and property management teams across its Pointe Grand and Pointe Villas communities.

Boone is a seasoned property management executive with more than 20 years of experience driving operational excellence across multifamily real estate platforms. A U.S. Air Force veteran and former Airborne Cryptologic Linguist, Boone brings a disciplined, results-oriented mindset to every challenge. He began his career as a leasing agent and rose through the ranks to hold senior leadership positions at respected real estate firms nationwide.
Before joining Hillpointe, Boone served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Elmington Property Management, where he led corporate operations teams in managing long-term strategic initiatives, risk management, and day-to-day corporate operations. Prior to that, Boone served in various strategic leadership positions with The Klotz Group of Companies, Lynd Management Group and Capstone Real Estate Services.
Boone attended the University of South Alabama and the International Intelligence Training School. He holds a Certified Property Management (CPM) License from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
