Hillpointe boasts full in-house general contracting, materials procurement, asset management and capital markets capabilities. With corporate offices located in Athens, GA and Winter Park, FL, Hillpointe is led by Kelly Mahoney and Steven Campisi. Hillpointe’s principals, who have developed and acted as general contractor on over 3,000 units of housing representing over $400 million of asset value, have spent the past year working together to develop and refine Hillpointe’s business model and investment pipeline, culminating in today’s official launch.

- Liberty Club Apartments, a 240 unit/480 bed workforce multifamily housing development located in Hinesville, GA
- Coastal Oaks Apartments, a 240 Unit/480 bed workforce multifamily housing development located in Brunswick, GA
